- Dr. Kamlesh Jain has extensive experience in adult and pediatric cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, thoracic surgery, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, vascular interventions.
- His special area of interest is total arterial revascularization (LIMA RIMA Y) on beating heart, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, TAVI Surgery, aortic aneurysm surgeries, pulmonary endarterectomy for pulmonary thromboembolism, TEVAR, coronary artery bypass surgery. He has been a pioneer in minimally invasive cardiac surgery in KEM. He started the TEVAR program in KEM along with the radiology department.
- Dr. Jain is the First cardiac surgeon in Mumbai to do TAVI successfully. He has presented multiple research papers in prestigious national and international conferences and journals.
- He had been an observer at Leipzig Heart Centre, Germany for minimally invasive cardiac surgery and TAVI.
