Rules & Regulations

  • It is mandatory to pay full deposit of admitted class at the time of admission. Patient will be transferred to the desired class as per the waiting list on availability of rooms/wards, but till that charges of admitted class will be applicable.
  • Even with verification of insurance coverage, patient will be required to submit a deposit (refundable) which he/she may do either before or at the time of admission according to desired class.
  • Deposits are accepted in cash/credit card/bank drafts.
  • Any transfer from a lower to higher class after admission or any procedure/operation, the patient will be charged the tariff and all other charges as applicable to the higher class from the date of admission.
  • Routine discharge (checkout) time is 12 noon.
  • Official billing hours are 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on working days.
  • For discharge on non-working days and during off hours, conditions apply for billing.
  • You can Reschedule and cancel admission date.
  • No Insurance patients are admitted to sixth floor Super Deluxe Rooms.
  • Transfer from Sixth floor Super Deluxe rooms to rooms of other floor is not allowed.
  • All are requested to insist a receipt of any payment made.
  • On scrutiny, if actual bill is found to exceed the amount paid by the patient at the time of the discharge, the deficit should be remitted to the hospital immediately.
  • Supplementary bills, if any, has to be paid by patient even after discharge.
  • Hospital will maintain the privacy of the information provided by the patient. It will not be shared with any one except medico legal reports to concerned authorities and with consent o0f patient to TPA/Credit parties.
  • Only one attendant is permitted to stay with the patient.
  • Visitor,s pass will be issued at the time of the admission by the admission counter.
  • NRI patient have to submit photocopies of his/her passport having valid visa.
